Purpose of treatment

The second purpose is to inform the user, via email, of future changes in the Privacy Policy, Content Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Litra client program, used to access the services offered by AL1 Protocol S.L.
The third purpose is to provide the information to the competent authorities, in compliance with the legislation in force in Spain regarding cryptoassets.


Treatment duration

AL1 Protocol S.L will use the personal data provided by the client for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the previous section, unless the client expresses their wish for them to be deleted, without prejudice to compliance with the legal obligations above. described.

The client’s personal data will not be transferred to third companies for commercial reasons. The transfer or communication of your data will always be directed to an official competent body, when required.
